Rumour has it that Rossopomodoro is an average pizza when in Italy. But when in Napoli – specifically Napoli – is there then actually anything such as an average pizza? Because our four days of romance and wine and dine in the birth town of pizza suggested NO SUCH thing as average whatsoever! And that perfection seems to me as if it has been brought along when Neapolitan Rossopomodoro opened its doors in Copenhagen. On the rooftop food court there you can indulge in all your heart should desire of pizze, pasti and more. Took the wifey in my hand and had a ball: both the Bruschette, the Parmigiana, the Verace, the Ventura AND the polenta sticks were nailed to perfection. Honestly, craving this exact meal for lunch as we speak!! Might as well go there now.’
